"The fearless Barbarian" by rOEN911 "The fearless Barbarian" by rOEN911
Godwin Brumowski (26 July 1889 – 3 June 1936) was the most successful fighter ace of the Austro-Hungarian Air Force during World War I. He was officially credited with 35 air victories, (including 12 shared with other pilots) with 8 others unconfirmed because they fell behind Allied lines. Just before the war ended, Brumowski rose to command of all his country’s fighter aviation fighting Italy on the Isonzo front.

.D At the end of the war he used a newer green-brown camouflaged Albatros.
And his unit was stationed at the Italian front and of cores he was Austro-Hungarian and not German...
son now at the time of the war they never mistook him whit the Red Baron...
by the way the Fokker Dr.I looks really different then the Albatros...

This art work is awesome... Thank you keep up the good work!

When Germans Heard that British made a special team only to shoot down Red Baron all his Jasta Mates paint most of their planes with Red Color to protect their leader....Godwin Brumowski has nothing to do with this and to i have no idea why he also paint his plane(s) Red...With this plane he crashed 3 times and survived.
